Duties included; all aspects of municipal building, planning, and engineering departments such as plan review, code enforcement, inspections, staff report preparation, and presentation at public meetings. Communities worked in – The City of Palos Verdes Estates and The City of Hidden Hills
TG Custom Construction Responsibilities included; project management, planning, design, drafting and construction of custom homes and remodels.
CIR Construction, Thousand Oaks, CA. This position entailed carpentry, concrete, drafting, project management and included experience in all phases of development.
US Navy Seabees. Duties included drafting, design, surveying (such as building layout, road layout, topographic surveys) and soil analysis (such as compaction testing, moisture content, concrete testing for slump and compressive strength).
